Handstand- an act of balancing on your hands, with your feet in the air.
Cartwheel- a circular, sideways handspring with your arms and legs extended out.
Round off- the same movement as a cartwheel, only you land on two feet.
Back walkover- a backwards skill, where a person starts in a standing position with one leg in front of the other, and bends backwards into a back bend, and then kicks there legs over to end in a standing position again.
Back Handspring- a skill similar to a back walkover, but instead you start with your legs together, and quickly push back into a back bend, you then push off your hands to land in a standing position.
Round off Back handspring- a combination of performing a round off, followed by a back handspring.
Back tuck- a backwards motion in the air while your legs are tucked(bent)
Back Layout- the same motion as a back tuck, but your body is straight in the air
Layout full- a back layout where you do a full twist with it in the air
Front handspring- a movement where you quickly lunge forward into a handstand and then pushing off of your hands, to land back in a standing position
Front tuck- a forwards motion in the air while your legs are bent
